Aside from the financial, medical, and pension benefits listed in our employment contract, Everson Hospital also offers the following perks:
An in-house financial advisor is available to assist employees with financial planning, with a specific emphasis on retirement savings and investments. Each employee is allotted two financial advising meetings per annum.
There is a health club located on the second floor of the west wing of the hospital. The health club is exclusively for the use of hospital employees. An employee identification card is required to enter the health club, and all employees must register as members of the club to use the facilities. The hours of operation are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The health club is closed on Sundays.
For employees who work shifts during the hours of 6:30 to 9:30 a.m., a free breakfast service is available in the cafeteria. Show your employee identification card and receive a Smart Breakfast package that includes orange juice, an apple, granola, milk, and yoghurt.
Employees with kids can bring their young children under the age of 5 years old to our hospital daycare center. This service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to accommodate all shifts and schedules.
All full-time employees are eligible to receive financial support for educational programs that enhance their professional capacities. We encourage you to visit our professional development office on the 4th floor in the east wing to learn more about this opportunity.
