The first chart illustrates how many people visit to Ashdown Museum during the year before and after it was redecorated. The two pie charts show how the respondents were happy with the museum refurbished over the research period.

Also, respondents' satisfaction rose significantly after refurbishment. The figures for very satisfied and satisfied increased by 20% and 10%, respectively.
On the other hand, visitor dissatisfaction declined after Ashdown museum was remodeled. 40% of the respondents were dissatisfied with the museum before refurbishment, but the number of people who were dissatisfied with it decreased dramatically from 40% to 15%. In addition, the figure for visitors who were very dissatisfied fell slightly by 5%, with the same percentage of respondents who diid not respond at 5%.
Overall, while the number of respondetns who were happy with the museum showed overall increases, that of respondents who were unhappy with the museum showed overall decreases throughout the entire research period.
